- You may cancel your order once it has been made within the first 24 hrs. Cancellations are considered refunds and we will not honor any cancellations after the 24 hr period has passed. Based on our discretion we may allow a change of order, if we do allow the order change there will be an order change inconvenience fee of $15.
- Request for an exchange MUST happen within the first 7 days after your package has been delivered. For special situations based only upon My Natural Hair Extensions preference an exchange may be possible. In order for you to exchange your hair all hair MUST be returned unworn, unaltered with all tags and seals intact within the first 7 days of delivery. Any alterations will prevent hair exchange. This includes but is not limited to any hair that has been cut, combed, fingered combed, and brushed. Any hair that has been wet, dyed, bleached or conditioned may not be exchanged
- Examples of a reasons that will not grant an exchange is: I wanted something else. This is not as long as I wanted, I want a different texture, or missed appointments. There has to be a fundamental or functional issue with the product or a mistake made by MNHE. Hair is a hygienic product, once it has left our facility we can not reuse or resell it once it has been opened by the buyer. Therefore our exchange and refund policy is stern.
- There is a restocking fee of $20 for all allowed returns, cancellations, and exchanges that meet our exchange requirements.
- By LAW and Florida Health Regulations My Natural Hair Extensions LLC is obligated and required to uphold these standards. We will NOT make any exceptions.
- If we decide to allow an exchange buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. MNHE will not pay or reimburse buyers for any returned shipping fees foreign or domestic.
- As with any company, any merchandise purchased on sale, with a discount code, or promo items will be final sale.
